Adityendra is a Project Manager with Dalberg Singapore Office. In his current role, Adityendra leads the data sciences and econometric modelling vertical across a wide range of social development topics, including impact investing, digital identity, access to energy, health, and gender. Adityendra brings expertise in advanced statistical modelling, quantitative analysis, and detailed end beneficiary research. He has worked across various multi-stakeholder engagements with foundations, impact investors, and state and central government agencies. He worked with the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation to find opportunities for reduction of highway trauma fatalities by 50% through an optimized network of trauma facilities along the Indian national highways. He developed a detailed financial projection model to identify the right investment criteria and fine-tune return expectations for a 100 million impact investment fund in India. Adityendra also helped a telecom infrastructure provider in Myanmar in understanding financial and non-financial returns for transitioning to solar. Adityendra is currently working with a collaboration of funders to develop and provide real-time actionable insights for the policymakers to understand the efficacy of government entitlements during CoVID-19, through a pan-India 50k low-income household survey. In addition, he is also managing similar large-scale studies on gender and early childhood development focusing on the crisis. Previously, he worked with Omidyar Network to launch the largest study on digital identity covering over 700k individuals.
Prior to joining Dalberg, Adityendra has worked with a global consulting company in the pharmaceutical domain. During this period, he worked with various fortune 100 clients, helping them align their sales and marketing strategies with their long term and immediate business goals. Adityendra has helped launch a 1.2 billion drug in a highly competitive diabetes market, and has experience developing advanced probabilistic model for competitor bids
Adityendra holds B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and post graduate degree in Management in Operations and Finance from Indian School of Business
